About Patcher
Patcher is a scheduling and dispatch platform for field service businesses such as pet groomers,
home service providers, and mobile technicians. When a business uses Patcher, we send SMS
notifications to their customers about appointment availability, schedule changes, and
confirmations on behalf of that business.
Patcher does not send marketing or promotional messages. All SMS messages are strictly limited
to appointment-related notifications sent on behalf of the service provider you have booked with.
What Messages You Will Receive
When your service provider uses Patcher, you may receive text messages including:
- Earlier availability alerts — notifications that an earlier appointment slot has opened up
- Appointment confirmations — confirmation when your appointment is rescheduled or updated
- Schedule change notifications — updates if your appointment details change

How Consent Is Collected

book an appointment. When you provide your phone number and agree to receive text notifications
through your provider's scheduling system, that consent authorizes Patcher to deliver
appointment-related messages on their behalf.
