C. Information processed on behalf of our customers
If you use Patcher on behalf of an organization, we may process end-customer data that your organization inputs or connects to the Services (e.g., contact details used for messaging and scheduling operations). In these cases, we act as a service provider/processor for your organization.

- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
- Authenticate users and secure accounts
- Configure organizations and businesses within the Services

If your organization enables messaging features, the Services may send SMS messages to end customers based on your organization’s settings and workflows. We collect phone numbers provided during appointment creation and messaging metadata (e.g., timestamps, delivery status, error codes) to deliver appointment-related notifications, troubleshoot delivery issues, and maintain messaging functionality.
We do not share, sell, or buy text messaging originator opt-in data or consent information with any third parties. We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
